C Service - Impound/Escrow

Escrow/Impound Reporting; Each loan that is escrowed for property taxes will be reported to the lender before the economic loss date. These reports detail tax amounts due, date due and other payment terms specific to each taxing agency; allowing the lender to properly disburse escrowed taxes on the borrower's behalf.

B Service - Delinquency

Delinquency Reporting; Each loan is monitored for delinquent property taxes and reported to the lender at the end of each tax cycle. Delinquency letters/notices to the borrowers are produced and forwarded to the lender or directly mailed to the borrower based upon the lender request.
