Foreclosure Certificates/Searches |
There are two types -
1) A Last Owners Search is done with Transfer Tax included. Copies of the mortgage and any judgments are collected and given to the attorney so foreclosure papers can be served.
2) A Last Owners Search is done with an Abstract of Foreclosure. This is prepared when the property involved has already been foreclosed upon. |
