Closing and Escrow Services |
On Residential transactions, the lender obtains title evidence. Closing agent handles title compliance, payoffs, disbursements along with proper ID and execution of the documents at closing. Certain portions of the above may be performed by a party other than the lender or the closing agent. |
Courtesy Closing |
More commonly called Witness Closing, the lender obtains title evidence, payoffs, closing requirements. Closing agent takes ID from signers and has documents executed appropriately. |
Sub-Escrow |
Once funds are received from the lending institute, the funds are disbursed to pay off existing loans and taxes according to the payoff statement provided. |
